Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This DPA applies to the processing of personal data by DevWannaSpace on behalf of the customer, in accordance with global data protection laws including the GDPR.
2. Sub-processors
DevWannaSpace utilizes the following sub-processors to deliver its services:
- Neon: Serverless Postgres database hosting.
- Vercel, Inc: Frontend hosting and edge functions.
